Master the Art of Korean Egg Rolls: A Step-by-Step Guide!

Korean egg rolls, or Gyeran Mari, are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for breakfast, snacks, or even as a side dish.  

With a crispy outside and soft, savory layers inside, these rolls are a hit in Korean cuisine and can be made right at home with simple ingredients. 

Ingredients You’ll Need: 4 egg 2 tablespoons of milk 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil Optional: Chopped vegetables (carrots, spinach, or onions)

Step 1: Preparing the Egg MixtureIn a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. If you're adding vegetables, chop them finely and mix them in. 

Step 2: Cooking the Egg RollsHeat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, swirling it to cover the surface.  

Once the eggs start to set, use a spatula to gently roll the egg from one side to the other. Add more egg mixture as the first layer sets, and continue to roll until you have a thick, layered roll. 

Step 3: ServingOnce your roll is cooked, remove it from the pan, slice it into bite-sized pieces, and serve with dipping sauce or enjoy as-is!
