Fried chicken wings are a beloved comfort food, perfect for parties, family gatherings, or simply enjoying a delicious meal.

Mastering the art of crispy, juicy wings at home can seem intimidating, but with this easy recipe, you'll be a pro in no time.

Whether you’re new to cooking or an experienced chef, this guide will help you achieve perfectly fried wings every time.

Ingredients: – 10-12 chicken wings (drumettes and flats) – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tsp paprika – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste – 2 cups buttermilk – 1 tsp hot sauce (optional for extra flavor) – Vegetable oil for frying

Prep the Wings: Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This ensures a crispy coating. If you prefer, marinate them in buttermilk and hot sauce for a few hours for added flavor.

Season and Coat: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip each wing into the seasoned flour mixture, coating them thoroughly.

Fry: Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches, cooking for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Drain the wings on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
