Kid-Friendly Crispy Chicken Tenders: A Crunchy, Dippable Delight.

These crispy chicken tenders are a guaranteed hit for kids and adults alike! With a golden, crunchy coating and tender, juicy meat inside, they’re perfect for dipping in ketchup, ranch, honey mustard, or any favorite sauce.

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Start by cutting boneless, skinless chicken breasts into even strips for uniform cooking. Pat them dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor.

Step 2: Set Up the Breading Station Create a three-step breading station: 1. Flour Mixture: In a shallow dish, mix all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Egg Wash: In another dish, whisk eggs with a splash of milk. Breadcrumbs: Use seasoned breadcrumbs or panko for maximum crunch. For added flavor, mix in grated Parmesan cheese or dried herbs like parsley or oregano.

Dip each chicken strip into the flour, shaking off the excess. Next, coat it in the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off, and then press it firmly into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.

Heat a skillet with a generous amount of oil over medium heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a healthier baked version.

Fry the tenders in batches, cooking 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. For baking, place the breaded tenders on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve the chicken tenders warm with dipping sauces on the side. These kid-friendly tenders are crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for a family meal or snack!
