Juicy, Crispy Chicken Drumsticks with Flavorful Seasoning.

Chicken drumsticks are a crowd-pleasing favorite, loved for their juicy meat and crispy, flavorful skin. This recipe combines a perfectly balanced seasoning mix with simple cooking techniques to deliver tender, golden drumsticks that are perfect for any occasion. 

Start with 6–8 chicken drumsticks. Pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure a crispy exterior. Trim any excess skin or fat if needed. 

In a small bowl, combine the following: – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon paprika (regular or smoked) – ½ teaspoon garlic powder

– ½ teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon dried thyme or oregano – A pinch of cayenne pepper for heat (optional) Mix well to create a flavorful seasoning blend.

Rub the chicken drumsticks with 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously over the drumsticks, rubbing it into the skin to ensure every piece is well-coated. 

Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 

Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer and cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. 

Let the drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair them with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or a fresh green salad. Crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor, these drumsticks are sure to be a hit!
