How to Make the Perfect Italian Cherry Almond Cookies at Home.

Italian Cherry Almond Cookies are a delightful blend of crunchy almonds, sweet cherries, and a buttery cookie base. 

These cookies are perfect for special occasions, holidays, or just as a treat with your afternoon coffee. Making them at home is easier than you think! 

Ingredients You’ll Need: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup almond flour ½ cup unsalted butter (softened) ½ cup granulated sugar 1 egg ½ teaspoon almond extract

½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup chopped candied cherrie ½ cup sliced almond

Preheat & Prepare – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix Wet Ingredients – In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, almond extract, and vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients – In another bowl, mix flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture. 

Add Cherries & Almonds – Fold in chopped cherries and sliced almonds. Shape & Bake – Scoop out small dough balls, place them on the baking sheet, and flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
