How to Make the Best Maple Roasted Turkey with Herb Butter Magic.

A perfectly roasted turkey is the heart of any festive gathering, and when infused with herb butter and maple syrup, it becomes a showstopper.

The combination of rich, creamy butter, aromatic herbs, and sweet maple syrup creates a golden-brown, crispy skin while keeping the meat tender and juicy.

Ingredients You’ll Need: 1 whole turkey (12–15 lbs) 1 cup unsalted butter (softened) ½ cup pure maple syrup 4 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

2 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped) 1 tbsp fresh sage (chopped) 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp lemon zest 2 cups chicken broth

Prepare the Herb Butter – In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Turkey – Gently loosen the turkey’s skin and spread the herb butter underneath and all over the skin. Drizzle with Maple Syrup – Pour maple syrup over the turkey for a caramelized glaze.

Roast to Perfection – Place the turkey in a roasting pan, add broth, and roast at 325°F (163°C) for 3–4 hours, basting every 30 minutes. Rest & Serve – Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
