How to Make Fluffy Korean Egg Rolls Right in Your Kitchen.

Korean egg rolls, or Gyeran Mari, are a delightful and savory dish often served in Korean meals.

These fluffy, rolled omelets are easy to make at home and are perfect as a side dish, snack, or even a light breakfast.

With the right ingredients and techniques, you can achieve restaurant-quality egg rolls in no time.

Ingredients: 4 large egg 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons chopped green onion Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs and add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is fully combined. Stir in the chopped green onions for added flavor.

Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat slightly.

Cook the Egg Layers: Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the pan, swirling it around to create a thin layer. Allow it to cook for a minute until the edges start to set.

Roll the Egg: Gently roll the cooked egg layer from one side to the other. Push it to the edge of the pan and pour in more egg mixture. Repeat the process until all the egg mixture is used up.

Serve: Let the egg roll cool slightly before slicing it into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy your fluffy Korean egg rolls!

These homemade egg rolls are tender, flavorful, and can be customized with ingredients like kimchi or vegetables.
