Egg Roll Magic: How to Prepare Authentic Korean Rolls at Home.

If you're a fan of Korean cuisine, there's no doubt you've tasted the savory goodness of Korean egg rolls, also known as "Gyeran Mari."

This dish is a popular breakfast or side dish in Korea and is loved for its soft, fluffy texture and flavorful taste.

The good news is you can easily make this delicious treat at home with just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients You'll Need: Eggs (4-5 large) Salt (1/4 tsp) Pepper (to taste) Sesame oil (1 tsp) Chopped vegetables (carrots, spinach, or onions) Cooking oil for frying

Prepare the Vegetables: Finely chop your choice of vegetables, such as carrots, onions, or spinach. Lightly sauté them in a pan with a little sesame oil.

Whisk the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until fully combined.

Cook the Egg Rolls: Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, tilting it to spread evenly. Once the egg sets, add a small amount of the sautéed veggies on top and roll it up.

Repeat: Continue adding layers of egg mixture and rolling until the eggs are fully used up.

Slice and Serve: Slice the rolled egg into bite-sized pieces and serve with rice or as a side dish.

Now you can enjoy authentic Korean egg rolls from the comfort of your home!
