Craving Comfort? Here’s the Chicken Soup Recipe That Will Wow You!

There’s nothing quite like a warm bowl of chicken soup to soothe your soul, especially when you’re in need of comfort.  

This recipe isn’t just any ordinary chicken soup – it’s packed with flavor, tender chicken, and fresh vegetables, making it the best you’ll ever taste! 

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 2 carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 6 cups chicken broth (preferably homemade)

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish 1 cup egg noodles or rice (optional)

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery, and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. 

Add Garlic & Seasonings: Stir in garlic, bay leaf, and thyme, and cook for another minute. Add Broth & Chicken: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and add the shredded chicken. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

Cook Noodles or Rice: If using, add noodles or rice and cook according to package instructions. Season: Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
