Chicken Pomodoro Recipe: The Perfect Weeknight Dinner in 30 Minutes.

With tender chicken breasts, fresh tomatoes, garlic, and a handful of simple ingredients, you can have a restaurant-quality meal on the table in just 30 minutes.  

This dish is perfect for busy weeknights when you want something comforting yet satisfying. 

Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoe 1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil Salt and pepper to taste Fresh basil leaves (optional) Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions: 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. 

Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Let it simmer together for an additional 5 minutes. 

Serve with freshly chopped basil and grated Parmesan.
